This program begins in July and ends in August.
After you fill out the registration form, Deena Dries will contact you to schedule time over the course of 4 weeks.
Training can be held at a private location such as your house, or a public location such as a park.
Parents are welcome to observe your child’s training.
Training is private in the sense that it will be on an individual basis.
In some cases I will accept a training with two student athlete’s at the same time if requested by the parents.
Keep in mind that each training is devised specific to your child’s athletic ability and goals.
This program is best suited for children typically ranging in 3rd – 8th grade who are seeking to improve their athletic ability.
Some of the common sports student athletes participate in are:
Student’s that are not involved in sports, but would like to improve or maintain fitness levels should also sign up.
The type of training will be dependent on each individual student athlete’s goals.
Each sport requires a focused set of training to maximize mobility, speed, strength, and endurance on the court, track, or field.
